Responsibilities
- Receive, disburse and process all transactions in accordance with the Company policy and protocol, while providing outstanding customer service to the Michael Kors customer.
- Provide the highest level of customer service by greeting each customer in a warm and friendly manner.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly and effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide customers with information on procedures or store policies.
- Compute and record totals of transactions.
- Assist with counting cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that float amounts are correct and all registers contain adequate change.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
