The Trade Marketing function is part of the Marketing, Events, and Media team within the wider Marketing, PR and Communications team. It is responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive the success of EU retail, concession, and wholesale stores. The role supports retail full-price and outlet business and reports directly to the Retail Marketing Manager.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the timely development and delivery of high-impact, cost‑effective marketing plans for seasonal activities and events across EU owned retail Lifestyle & Outlet stores and outlet partner channels.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop marketing initiatives and multi‑channel 360 campaigns focused on engaging in‑store customer experiences, events, influencer partnerships, and digital campaigns.
  • Proactively collaborate across divisions to ensure efficient communication, consistent brand messaging, and a cohesive customer journey across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with internal digital teams to innovate and implement digital and social initiatives that drive store traffic.
  • Manage end‑to‑end campaign development from brief through design sign‑off, costing, delivery to stores, and results monitoring.
  • Foster strong, transparent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate store‑led clienteling initiatives and appointments—both virtual and in‑store—providing seasonal tools and managing GWP allocation.
  • Share seasonal assets and updates with mall and outlet partners, leveraging their channels to amplify marketing activations and ensure global alignment.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date calendars, working closely with Retail and Planning teams to review participation in local promotional events and cascade to outlet partners.
  • Communicate daily with outlet partners and manage project budgets and ROI reporting.
  • Develop strong partnerships within the field and retail store network to foster new ideas and explore opportunities.
  • Identify and present strategic opportunities that meet Michael Kors business objectives for retail full‑price and outlet channels, focusing on traffic‑driving tactics.
  • Stay current on new developments, trends, and technologies in the luxury and fashion industry.
  • Create compelling reports on the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Introduce innovative ideas that can become marketing initiatives.

You'll Need to Have:

  • At least 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Proven success in planning and delivering campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
