VIRTUAL SALES/OMNI CHANNEL ASSOCIATE – based in store working with our customers virtually. The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a continuously growing network of more than 30 Outlets, 80 Lifestyle stores, 100 Concessions/Shop in Shops in 21 European Countries. Our EMEA Retail team is passionate, driven, multicultural and has a wonderful international spirit.
Who You Are: Our Virtual Sales/Omnichannel Associates are reliable, empowered individuals, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You are an effective communicator that delivers an elevated customer experience. Keen to collaborate, you are a team player with a positive attitude towards challenges. You feel comfortable in digital contact with customers. This is an in-store based role, not remote.
What You\’ll Do
- Achieve virtual sales results through elevated customer engagement.
- Build and maintain repeat clientele by continually developing knowledge of current trends and styling techniques.
- Drive virtual sales results from store level by utilizing the clientele app and all available tools and technology.
- Perform operational tasks with excellence and ensure a meaningful virtual customer experience, including post-purchase processes (e.g., preparing product for sending, packing).
- Demonstrate flexibility and a desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment.
- Collaborate with management to create innovative ways to maximize personal sales results.

- Confidence in delivering exceptional virtual customer experience.
- Ability to resolve client problems quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
