We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Services Generalist role based in our London office:

Department overview:

The HR Services Team EMEA is a dynamic, hands‑on, and internationally focused function dedicated to delivering accurate, compliant, and timely HR support across multiple countries. The team manages the full employee lifecycle—from contractual and administrative processes to payroll file preparation, audits, and reporting—ensuring data integrity and operational excellence. They also collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and senior leadership to provide consistent, high‑quality service across the region.

The HR Services Generalist plays a key role in delivering exceptional employee experience by providing timely, accurate, and empathetic HR support. It’s not just about the service provided; it’s a great experience for our customers. This position ensures that every interaction with HR services reflects the organization’s commitment to a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. The role combines administration operational excellence with a people-first approach, supporting employees throughout their lifecycle. The countries in scope are set on a rotational basis to ensure sharing of knowledge and consistency inside the team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administration and payroll: work on monthly payroll input activities, administration forms, contracts/offers production, visas processes, GDPR requests. Own HR inboxes, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution of employee inquiries.
  • Occupational Health: own local requirements and relations with Company’s doctors. In case of referrals, arrange visits upon HRBP request.
  • Systems: maintain T&A and Workday data as needed. Perform regular audit checks on data quality. Take part into new systems implementation projects.
  • Benefits: support global TR team on benefits administration.
  • Compliance: work on D&I reports required according to local laws, in partnership with D&I and TR as relevant.
  • Process Improvement: identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements that simplify workflows and enhance the employee experience.
  • Facilities/IT/L&P support: in countries where there are no local teams, support in the office with ID creation for new starters and any urgent topic.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR services, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Experience in employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration).
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR technology platforms.
  • Analytical skills for reporting and data accuracy.
