What You’ll Do:

  • Inspire, coach, and support the host store team to build a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Assist in onboarding and developing new team members, ensuring inclusive and effective training.
  • Provide constructive feedback to help team members grow and succeed.
  • Uphold brand standards for presentation and professionalism in a respectful and inclusive manner.
  • Model company values and behaviors, using the behavior toolkit to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Meet and exceed Shop in Shop sales goals holding self and the team accountable for results.
  • Analyze reports and develop action plans to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Track and communicate business results and opportunities, driving sales and product knowledge.
  • Ensure sales and unit goals and all relevant KPIs are in place for MK Ambassadors and communicated effectively.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor.
  • Collaborate with the DM and wholesale marketing to identify marketing opportunities to support sales.
  • Identify and communicate product and inventory needs in a timely manner.
  • Educate retail partner sales associates on Michael Kors' selling experience.
  • Manage and conduct weekly/monthly business overview and seasonal product training with retail partners' sales manager, selling specialist and associates.
  • Lead the team to prioritize inclusive, high-quality customer experiences that build loyalty and trust.
  • Support consistent client communication using all available tools and channels.
  • Manage the client database to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
  • Maintain a visible presence and model elevated service standards.
  • Empower team members to resolve customer concerns with empathy and autonomy.
  • Ensure the shop-in-shop and stockroom are well-maintained, organized and accessible.
  • Partner with retail teams to keep visual graphics current and impactful.
  • Oversee timely processing of deliveries and stock placement.
  • Maintain open communication with corporate, regional and district teams.
  • Collaborate on visual merchandising strategies and ensure consistent execution.
  • Use company communication platforms effectively and follow through on required actions.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Proven experience in retail and team leadership within a dynamic environment.
  • Comfort with technology and ability to use digital tools to enhance customer experience.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced setting, with a positive and inclusive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in retail metrics, KPIs, and Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication skills in English.

Compensation Range: 26,000.00 - 41,500.00 GBP
