As Shop Manager, you lead by example, supporting your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences both in-store and virtually.
Responsibilities
- People: Inspire, coach, and develop the host store team to build a culture of accountability and high performance.
Lead onboarding and training, provide constructive feedback, and uphold brand standards with inclusivity and professionalism.
Model company values and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Sales: Meet and exceed Shop in Shop sales goals; analyze reports, develop action plans, and communicate business results.
Drive sales opportunities through product knowledge and collaboration with store leadership and marketing teams.
Ensure KPIs and goals are established and met for ambassadors and partners.
- Service: Prioritize inclusive, high-quality customer experiences; maintain client communication through available tools, manage the client database, and empower the team to resolve concerns with empathy and autonomy.
- Operations: Maintain a well-organized shop-in-shop and stockroom; ensure timely delivery processing, inventory placement, and open communication with corporate, regional, and district teams.
Collaborate on visual merchandising strategies and execute consistently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail and team leadership within a dynamic environment.
- Comfort with technology and ability to use digital tools to enhance the customer experience.
