You’re a collaborative and results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic retail environment. As a Sales Supervisor, you help lead a team that delivers inclusive and exceptional customer experiences—both in-store and virtually. Inspire, coach, and support the store team while partnering with the host store to build a culture of accountability and performance.
Assist the management team in onboarding and developing team members, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported.
- Guide the team to prioritize inclusive, high-quality customer experiences that build loyalty and repeat business in store and through virtual shopping.
- Proactively manage client database to increase sales.
- Set and communicate clear sales goals and KPIs, ensuring all team members understand how they contribute to success.
- Promote a proactive approach to loss prevention, collaborating with store leadership to address concerns early.
Proven experience in retail, ideally within a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
Comfort with technology and a willingness to use digital tools to enhance customer experience.
Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting.
Familiarity with retail KPIs and Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
