Responsibilities:
- Manage full‐cycle recruitment across retail functions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer coordination.
- Support hiring managers throughout the hiring process, offering guidance on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and offer preparation, using tools like Workday.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring teams and HR Business Partners by understanding team needs and aligning on candidate profiles for both creative and operational roles.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, guiding candidates through each stage with professionalism and care.
- Maintain accurate records and data integrity across recruitment systems to support compliance and streamline processes.
- Contribute to sourcing strategy by using creative outreach techniques to attract a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple job families.
- Assist with high‐volume hiring needs, identifying and engaging candidates to support team and business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1‐2 years of experience successfully sourcing and hiring passive candidates in a fast‐paced, competitive talent market.
- Experience recruiting for roles within Retail or Corporate sectors.
- Proven success in managing end‐to‐end recruitment processes, including direct sourcing.
- Sourcing in the DACH Regions will be an advantage.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to foster collaboration across creative, operational, and regional teams.
- Proactive problem‐solving skills and a self‐driven approach to achieving hiring goals.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Comfort and effectiveness working in a high‐demand, fast‐moving environment.

Compensation:
In compliance with certain Pay Transparency laws, employers are required to disclose a compensation range. The range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set, and years of experience. The compensation range is £35,000.00 – £40,000.00 GBP.
