We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Marketing Coordinator (12 month FTC) role based in our London office.
Department overview: Forming part of the Marketing, Events and Media team, within the wider Marketing, PR and communication team, the Trade Marketing function is responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive the success of EU retail, concession and wholesale stores. The team works in collaboration with the wider organisation to ensure an integrated and customer-focused approach across all trade marketing activations. This role will support EMEA Wholesale Marketing, specifically, reporting directly to the Wholesale Marketing Manager.

You have outstanding communication skills, can effectively work with and influence colleagues as well as internal and external partners. Someone who thrives in a rapidly changing environment, bringing fresh thinking to the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns. You are highly organised, a keen learner and selfâmotivated, able to work well under deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
What You'll Do:
- Support the Marketing Manager in the timely development and delivery of highâimpact, costâeffective marketing plans in support of seasonal activity and events across all Wholesale Partner and Concession channels within the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams in the development of marketing initiatives and multichannel 360 campaigns with a focus on engaging inâstore customer experiences, popâups and events, influencer partnerships and digital campaigns.
- Proactively collaborate across divisions, ensuring efficient communications to deliver consistent brand messaging and create a cohesive customer journey across all touchpoints.
- Work in partnership with the internal digital teams to innovate and implement digital & social drive to store initiatives.
- Effective endâtoâend management & coordination of all stages of campaign development from initial brief through to design signâoff, costings, eventual delivery into stores within the requested timeframe and monitoring results.
- Foster strong and transparent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate storeâled clienteling initiatives/ appointments, both virtual and inâstore â provide seasonal tools and manage GWP allocation.
- Share seasonal assets and regular updates with wholesale partners â leverage their channels to amplify marketing activations and ensure global alignment.
- Effectively manage dayâtoâday communications with wholesale partners.
- Develop strong partnerships within the Sales team to foster new ideas and explore new opportunities aligned to Sales growth/priorities.
- Identify and present strategic opportunities that meet Michael Kors business objectives for Wholesale Partners (all product categories across MMK, Men's and Kids).
- Manage the project's budget and report on ROI.
- Stay current and knowledgeable on new developments, trends and technologies in the luxury and fashion industry space.
- Create compelling reports about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Bring new and innovative ideas that can be developed into marketing initiatives.
- Market visits within the EMEA region for the launch of projects.
You'll Need to Have:
- At least 3â5 years of Marketing experience, preferably in the luxury sector, including experience within Wholesale.
- Wellâversed in all aspects of Marketing with a strong brand judgement and understanding of the luxury industry.
- Proven success in planning and delivering campaigns, including inâstore and across digital channels.
- Organised, efficient ways of working at all times, owning projects and managing project files and trackers.
- Exemplary written and oral communications.
- Knowledge of a second European language is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT, and Outlook.
- Proactive and insightful analytical and problemâsolving skills.
- Ambitious, strategic 360 thinking is a must.
- Thrive in a fastâpaced, onâtime deliverable environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
