Reporting to: Senior Communications Manager
Role Purpose:
- To manage the global administration and communication of press samples and supporting assets for use by the global PR network
- To support and uphold the Jimmy Choo brand image across all communications
- To increase awareness of and engagement with Jimmy Choo through public relations activity
- To support the wider business objectives of the company
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate the archiving of all seasonal collections
- Manage Fashion GPS, including all seasonal sample inventory uploads
- Oversee the global press sample collection, ensuring inventory is accurately recorded and kept up to date
- Coordinate press day sample logistics for global and regional events
- Manage the product photography library, ensuring all products are photographed, correctly named and maintained
- Distribute seasonal product imagery to regional PR offices
- Coordinate lookbook creation and briefing to Creative team
- Support the drafting of Sample Order Directives to ensure global alignment
- Manage orders, logistics and updates for seasonal PR sample and global gifting orders across all regions
- Manage sample requirements and shipments for internal departments and global PR offices
- Coordinate seasonal PR sample handovers with the Merchandising team
- Support the management of the global press sample and gifting budget
- Coordinate sample orders for special projects, including collating requirements and overseeing distribution
- Coordinate sample management for sample sales, charity donations and events
- Prepare inventory lists for audit purposes
- Provide diary, travel and administrative support to the VP of Global Communications
- Provide ad hoc event support
- Support ad hoc press release drafting
- Provide administrative support to the Communications team
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- University education or equivalent
- European languages beneficial but not imperative
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Calm under pressure always maintaining a professional demeanour
- Strong proficiency using fashion GPS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
