Who You Are:

  • A commercial, detail-oriented person with a passion for Ecommerce and strong organisation, communication and management skills.
  • Able to work well to deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.

What You’ll Do:

  • The Digital Commerce Trading Coordinator will support the Senior Manager, Digital Optimisation & Analysis and the Digital Commerce Team with detailed planning and forecasting for EMEA sites, aligning key financial and digital KPI’s to deliver the EMEA financial targets.
  • This role will assist in the coordination of key events including sales and promotions for all EU & Global sites and concession partners.
  • Support the Ecommerce function in delivering ambitious growth and profitability targets by coordinating trading activity, analysing performance, and ensuring excellent on-site execution across all digital commerce channels.
  • Assist with production of daily, weekly, seasonal, and ad-hoc performance reporting across core site metrics and KPIs, proposing actionable insights to drive conversion and incremental sales.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager to forecast daily, weekly, and monthly trading plans, ensuring accurate communication of activity, volumes, and priorities with the Distribution Centre.
  • Partner with Buying and Merchandising teams to align product strategies, ranges, and stock plans for key trading moments, including promotions and sale periods.
  • Coordinate and distribute detailed product line lists for key trading events, clearly outlining product inclusions and exclusions to support execution across the Ecommerce team.
  • Analyse product, category, and range performance, providing data-led recommendations to optimise trading performance and improve commercial outcomes.
  • Analyse pricing strategies and promotional activities to ensure profitability.
  • Work alongside the Digital Concessions Coordinator to manage forecasting and reporting for the digital concessions business, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with commercial targets.
  • Support with weekly website audits to ensure the highest standards of excellence and that all products are merchandised within the correct categories and commercially presented online.
  • Support the trading manager to create and automate reporting, while developing knowledge to become an expert user for key systems.
  • Produce ad-hoc and post event analysis of all site key activities, identifying insights to influence future strategy.
  • Support the Senior Manager with the execution and analysis of onsite optimisation strategies and A/B tests.
  • Produce and distribute post test analysis and propose actionable insight and further conversion rate opportunities.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Passionate about eCommerce with approximately 2 years’ experience in international retail, covering end-to-end planning, forecasting, and digital/financial KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with web analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Tableau, MicroStrategy), or quick to learn new platforms.
  • Advanced PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exposure to optimisation/testing tools (e.g. Dynamic Yield) is a plus.
  • Proactive, positive, and eager to learn, with growing ownership and problem-solving capability.
  • Strong communication, time-management, and relationship-building skills.
