We have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator, Digital Commerce.
Department overview: The Digital department has undergone rapid expansion as it strives to deliver an aggressive roadmap alongside equally aggressive revenue aspirations. Central to that growth is the Digital Commerce team located in London (UK), that currently manages eight localized transactional websites, servicing 50 countries (and growing) including UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Australia, Singapore, India, UAE, South Africa and more.
What You’ll Do:
- The Ecommerce Merchandise Coordinator will support the Site Merchandisers to maximise sales and visitor conversion across all Michael Kors EMEA International E-commerce sites and channels via efficient planning and coordination of all activities to launch products and to optimize the sites.
- Support the implementation of site merchandising strategies, using KPI performance analysis to inform decisions and deliver against agreed timelines.
- Work cross-functionally to collect all necessary product data ahead of seasonal launches, partnering with US teams to ensure all in stock products, including EMEA exclusive styles, are accurately merchandised and live online in full and on schedule.
- Manage tracking documents for products not on site, communicating and following up to ensure the timely launch of newness to the sites.
- Support the site merchandisers to effectively manage all product catalogue upload activities and visual merchandising for the websites.
- Assist with the timely preparation and execution of seasonal sale and promotional activities.
- Complete weekly website audits to ensure high standards of accuracy and consistency across all sites and channels.
- Proactively develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the US web merchandising team, web production and buying teams.
- Ensure a clear and consistent flow of communication with the Digital Commerce Team and the wider Ecommerce team, ensuring a proactive contribution to team meetings.
- Validate site updates and email activity prior to go-live, ensuring correct messaging and linking in line with agreed strategy.
- Continually collaborate, share best practice and identify conversion driving opportunities.
- Support with daily and weekly reporting against site metrics and key KPIs, ensuring actions can be taken each week to drive incremental conversion and therefore sales opportunity.
- Produce ad-hoc and post event analysis of all site key activities, identifying actionable insights.
You’ll Need to Have:
- Around two years’ experience in an eCommerce role, ideally within an international retail environment.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, confident working with performance and web metrics data (e.g. Adobe Omniture).
- Experience with SFCC, Product Information Management systems, and BI tools such as MicroStrategy (or similar).
- Advanced PC skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Confident communicator who collaborates effectively and can present clear options to resolve issues.
