Reporting to: Senior Merchandiser/Director
Department Overview: Supports the overall Merchandising Team's wholesale channel. As part of the Product Centre of Excellence unit, this includes understanding the regional trends and product successes to help support the team in defining product assortments that will meet and exceed the financial strategies of the business.
What you’ll do:
- Support the overall regional merchandising strategy: Support in developing annual/seasonal range plans based on sell-in/out. Pull data for monthly and seasonal sell-out and produce the monthly, hindsight and post-market reports. Conduct seasonal competitive benchmarking from a pricing and product perspective – identifying product opportunities.
- Preparing for seasonal markets: Manage samples from factories to showrooms, liaising with DC, logging samples, the sample split, and sending samples. Photoshoot preparation and coordination with the EU showrooms, ensuring a smooth process & organising files. Helping set up and maintain digital assets, including the catalogue & line lists. Maintain the style master, line sheet and imagery portal, cascading info to the wholesale team. Support the team with creating engaging training materials and comprehensive selling tools. Manage the Merch memo with any changes in the market for the product.
- General merchandising tasks: Coordinate AD samples & image requests with marketing & other relevant ad-hoc product analysis. Be a go-to person for account executives for queries on product, pricing & selling information.
- Digital focus: Be the point person for Merchandising and Sales on digital showroom set up, activities, testing environments, etc. Gather and consolidate user interface feedback from the Merchandising team post-market to provide feedback to PMO and IT, supporting future interface enhancements.

- Strong experience working in a retail or wholesale merchandising/Buying team.
- Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – strong Excel skills particularly key.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Product knowledge and trend awareness.
- Digital sensitivity. Ideally, with experience using or setting up digital showrooms.
