We have an exciting opportunity at Capri Holdings: Versace, Jimmy Choo & Michael Kors for an HRIS Analyst in our London office:
Key Responsibilities:- HR Reporting & Analytics
- Partner with HR teams to assess, prioritize, and deliver ad hoc reporting and analytics.
- Leverage Workday reporting framework and build reports as needed to fulfill new and reoccurring reporting requests.
- Create process documentation on how to fulfill reoccurring reporting requirements.
- Design and build formula-driven Excel templates to assist HR with consolidating raw data.
- Support with researching HR talent trends and people analytics strategies.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and data visualizations to communicate results of analyses.
- Measure HR analytics for regulatory reporting (e.g., EEO, CSR, SEC 10-K), audit requests, and external survey participation.
- Provide project management and technical configuration support for internal employee surveys.
- Maintain the catalog of Workday reports ensuring accuracy and availability of reporting for stakeholders.
- Audit Workday HR data for data integrity and regular maintenance.
- Assist with managing and loading HR data into Workday (e.g., EIBs).
- Support efforts to configure, test, and deliver new Workday features and functionality.
- Identify opportunities to enhance Workday processes to improve automation.
- At least 3 years relevant work experience, with demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Strong Microsoft Excel required (Excel test will be given).
- Strong critical thinking and ability to troubleshoot technical systems are essential.
- Experience with relational data, systems, and/or coding.
- Ability to manage large datasets.
- Extremely detail-oriented and analytical.
- Ability to research and problem solve independently.
- Comfortable working with a remote team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
