- Working alongside another Email Specialist, you will manage end to end campaign and content briefs for specific email campaign types, working with key stakeholders such as Buyers, Creative, Ecommerce and Trade teams
- You will design and optimize business processes around BAU Marketing emails, ensuring that QC levels are maintained and that local nuances, such as language are accounted for
- Analyze campaign results and trends on a weekly basis, providing concise insights and coming up with suggestions for improvement and optimisation
- Drive content personalisation and automation utilising Dynamic Yield platform, accurately setting up and testing various rules and logics
- Work with CRM and Analytics to review audience segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver relevance to our customers.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports that explain performance
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and competitor activities, bringing fresh ideas to test
- Work with, and help to manage the ESP, Oracle Responsys
2+ years working in email marketing, ideally in a fashion retail environment
- Experience working with ESP\’s, ideally Oracle Responsys
- Practical experience with analytics & reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe
- Solid understanding of email KPIs, with the ability to derive insights and articulate the meaning to a diverse business audience
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication, with ability to present in meetings and write clear and informative briefs
- Capable of coordinating amends and approvals from various teams in a timely manner
- Knowledge of audience segmentation & targeting for personalization
- Hands-on experience with Dynamic Yield or similar personalisation platforms
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset with a can-do attitude, comfortable approaching stakeholders directly and proposing new ideas or ways of working
- Strong PC Skills – Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint
