Copywriter

We have an exciting opportunity for a Copywriter in our London office.

Department Overview:

Our Ecommerce team shapes how the brand shows up online, from the homepage and product pages to the emails customers receive every day. Sitting within the Ecommerce function and working closely with Marketing, Design, and CRM, this role helps turn ideas, products, and campaigns into clear, confident, on-brand copy across every digital touchpoint.

What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Write and refine copy for website refreshes, including homepages, landing pages, category pages, and product detail pages
• Craft engaging email copy for daily campaigns, promotions, and automated journeys
• Develop copy for new site features and ecommerce experiences
• Create SEO-optimised content that balances brand voice with performance
• Proofread and QA daily email campaigns, ensuring flawless execution
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s tone of voice across all digital touchpoints
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Design, Marketing, CRM, and SEO teams to develop and refine brand and campaign strategy
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced fashion calendar
• Participate in on-site creative workshops, planning sessions, and reviews
• Contribute to team discussions that shape positioning, messaging frameworks, and long-term content strategy

You'll Need to Have:

• 4+ years of copywriting experience, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or ecommerce
• Native English writing and editing skills, proven experience writing for digital and ecommerce platforms, and a solid understanding of SEO copywriting best practices
• A strong sense of fashion, trends, and brand storytelling, with exceptional attention to detail and confidence in proofreading
