Communications Assistant 6 Months FTC - Part time

Title: Communications Assistant 6 Months FTC 20HRS

Reporting to: Communications Manager EMEA

What you’ll do:

• Assist the Communications Department with all press requests, in addition to any sample requests arising internally, being directly responsible for the following regions: UK & Ireland, Scandinavia, BENELUX, Eastern Europe, The Baltics, Turkey and Portugal
• Responsible for booking out samples, coordinating messenger pickups, international shipping and following up to ensure timely return of all samples to avoid possible missed opportunities
• Support with sending out any confirmed Celebrity dressing requests handled by the Communications Coordinator and Communications Manager
• Update sample loan out / return tracker, maintain the PR Cupboard neatly organized throughout the season and archiving older collections
• Monitor the media in both print and online, including newspapers, magazines, broadcasts, social media platforms for any brand coverage
• Assist / support on all lists and invitations for catwalk shows / resees, monitor on press coverage
• Archiving all press clippings( both print and online) and scanning of all print coverage
• Assist with compiling weekly coverage updates to the wider team and business
• Actively keeping up to date with industry changes and potential outlets/talent that might be interesting for the brand to work with
• Support on seasonal press days, meeting press and building key relationships with junior editorial teams
• Participate in team brainstorming
