The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a continuously growing network of more than 30 Outlets, 80 Lifestyle stores, 100 Concessions/Shop in Shops in 21 European Countries. Our EMEA Retail team is passionate, driven, multicultural and has a wonderful international spirit.

What You'll Do:

  • Training & Development: Host seasonal store team training sessions using VM training material provided and provide feedback to District Visual Merchandiser (DVM). Carry out structured monthly floorset walkthrough with SM and team, providing training and support. Support monthly Floorset installations in the stores and provide launch feedback.
  • Commercial Focus: Support quarterly store business strategy by creating appropriate Visual Strategy and overseeing its implementation. Support Store managers with commercial Floorset updates using relevant trade information (money mapping, Dashboard). Attend weekly district conference calls to brief on key weekly VM focus areas and objectives.
  • Creative Innovation: Interpret company VM Directives in for relevant market implementation. Support wider retail business through market specific projects, such as delivery of Model Stores; trials in store; showroom set ups etc. Incorporate monthly creative Compshop ideas into Model store launches.
  • Teamwork & Communication: Submit great quality Store Floorset photopacks to DVM on monthly basis or upon request. Submit weekly recap reports and feedback to DVM. Submit creative monthly CompShop ideas to DVM. Participate in special individual/team projects set by EU VM department. Collaborate with other districts VM Assistants on innovation, creative ideas and trials focusing on driving sales and profitability.
