STORE MANAGER - BICESTER VILLAGE Leading all aspects of store management, the Store Manager builds and leads a high-performing team focused on driving the business. Inspire, lead, and coach the store team to foster a culture of performance and Recruit, train, and develop top talent to build a team of Jet Set Ambassadors • Drive retention through effective Talent and Succession planning • Support and follow up on all training and onboarding initiatives • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing ongoing feedback and coaching • image standards align with brand policy • Partner with DM to review PTS integrity and identify improvement Collaborate with retail partners on sales strategies, product knowledge, brand Actively manage the client database to drive sales growth • Drive incremental revenue through local customer events • Build strong relationships with the District Manager, corporate partners, mall offices, and peer stores to drive district-wide performance Sales • Meet and exceed sales goals, holding self and team accountable • Communicate business results and opportunities, driving sales and product knowledge • Set and clearly communicate sales and unit goals for Jet Set Ambassadors Ensure store maintenance and audit programs align with brand standards • Maintain inventory integrity through bi-annual inventories • Prioritize loss prevention, taking swift action on risks in partnership with LPRM • Proven retail management experience in a fast-paced environment • Strong technology proficiency to drive sales and customer experience • Proficiency in Retail Math, KPIs, and Microsoft Office • Fluent in English — The Company’s policy is not to unlawfully discriminate against any applicant or employee on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, age, military status, disability, genetic information or any other consideration made unlawful by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
