We have an exciting opportunity for a Wholesale Assistant, Online Channel (maternity cover) based in our London office:

Department overview:

The Wholesale Online Channel is fast paced and growing area, partnering with pure-play online retailers across all divisions within UK and Europe.

The wholesale teamwork in close collaboration with planning, product, customer service and finance to deliver business goals.

Who You Are:

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong administrative, analytical, and spreadsheet skills
• Advanced user of Excel
• Understanding of wholesale operations within a fashion business
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

What You’ll Do:

• Represent the brand professionally and act in the best interests of the business
• Support the delivery of an excellent customer experience through regular communication with key wholesale partners
• Generate and distribute weekly ATS stock reports and support with monitoring of re-order requests
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, and Logistics teams to support account operations and review shipping and finance reports
• Generate and share weekly shipping reports with key accounts and internal stakeholders
• Prepare account product cheat sheets and supporting materials for the internal Marketing team
• Manage key account samples, including the salesman sample ordering process
• Support sample intake, organization, and showroom set-up
• Support market preparation, order reviews, and follow-up activities
• Shadow and support with market selling appointments
• Process customer orders in partnership with Senior Account Executives and Customer Service teams, enter correctly and track
• Complete and maintain article data sheets for key wholesale accounts
• Communicate post-market order updates to customers, including changes to pricing, style codes, materials, and delivery windows
• Handle general administrative tasks, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate to Senior AEs when required
