We are looking to hire a full-time Senior Property Management Assistant who will be located in Chapelworth House, Worthing. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 40 hours, Monday to Friday 9:00am till 6:00pm. The salary ranges from £26,000 - £32,000 to include OTE (subject to passed probation).
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the administrative team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality support services.
- Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of administrative duties.
- Act as the main point of contact between senior management and the admin team.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions to streamline processes.
- Data Entry / Project & Audit Based Tasks.
- Sending out Correspondence to Tenants & Landlords.
- Carrying out any ad-hoc Administrative tasks assigned such as invoicing, utility bills, Notices, and contractor onboarding.
