We are seeking a full-time, permanent Senior Property Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at our Worthing town centre office. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals looking to leverage their property management skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing property maintenance operations, playing a key role in ensuring high standards and compliance with all regulatory requirements. The position includes a Monday to Friday schedule with all weekends off!
Competitive salary (£25,000 - £28,000) plus performance-based monthly and quarterly bonuses.

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with Landlords and Tenants.
- Ensure own workload is managed and prioritised effectively.
- Assist with managing and supervising property maintenance operations, including coordination with contractors and tenants.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members.
- Assist with developing strategic property improvement plans to enhance value and profitability.
- Ensure work is evenly distributed across the team to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Monitor work levels and response times to ensure that top service quality is consistently delivered to clients.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, employing innovative solutions to overcome challenges and advance project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation (Gas Safety, CO Alarms, EICR, EPC, HMO regulations).
- Stay informed about industry trends and recommend procedural enhancements.
