Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Inspector. This role is part time, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am - 6pm.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Producing and sending property reports to landlords / property managers
- Reporting maintenance issues
- Answering inspection phone line / assisting with overflow phone calls
- Getting keys ready for the next day
- Adhoc admin tasks when required
- Assisting management with additional tasks when required
We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:
- Prior experience in property management is preferable but not essential.
- Positive and proactive attitude, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
- Computer literate and comfortable using a suite of software used to carry out and manage daily responsibilities.
- Great attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
