With our team's extensive industry expertise and local knowledge, we are here to help people find, sell, and let their property.
This is a full-time, maternity cover position located in Brighton & Worthing. You will enjoy a standard workweek of 40 hours, Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. The salary is OTE £25,000 - £29,000 subject to passed probation.
Let’s talk about the role. It involves:
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Producing and sending property reports to landlords / property managers
- Reporting maintenance issues
- Answering inspection phone line / assisting with overflow phone calls
- Getting keys ready for the next day
- Adhoc admin tasks when required
- Assisting management with additional tasks when required
We are looking for individuals with qualities such as:
- Prior experience in property management is preferable but not essential.
- Positive and proactive attitude, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
- Computer literate and comfortable using a suite of software used to carry out and manage daily responsibilities.
- Great attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
