Responsibilities- Document with photos: take high‑quality photographs to supplement written descriptions and provide visual evidence.
- Assess cleanliness: evaluate property cleanliness and note areas requiring attention according to the tenancy agreement.
- Identify maintenance issues: report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to property owners or management.
- Coordinate check‑outs: arrange and conduct check‑out appointments with tenants, clearly communicating inspection procedures.
- Address tenant queries: provide clarification and respond to tenant concerns regarding the inventory report findings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: work effectively with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders involved in the process.
