We are looking to hire a full-time, permanent Tenancy Coordinator who will be located in Worthing. Monday to Friday 9:00am till 6:00pm. The salary ranges from £25,000 to £29,000 per annum to include OTELet's talk about the role. It involves:
- Responsible for carrying out detailed and accurate checkouts, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Oversee and manage the checkout and deposit return processes, ensuring they are conducted in strict accordance with company policies and procedures, maintaining professional standards at all times.
- Manage general office administrative tasks, including, but not limited to:
- Coordinating and scheduling checkouts, whether conducted internally or by an outsourced team.
- Administering end-of-tenancy bookings on checkout portals.
- Organising and managing property keys as necessary.
- Be prepared to handle various ad hoc administrative duties as they arise, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
