We are looking to hire a full-time, Property Management Assistantwho will be located in Chapelworth House, Worthing. You\’ll enjoy a standard workweek of 40 hours. Monday to Friday 9:00am till 6:00pm.The salary ranges from £25,000 – £29,000 to include OTE.
Let\’s talk about the role. It involves:
- Invoicing
- Data Entry / Project & Audit Based Tasks
- Key Cutting
- Assisting with Key collection arrangements (get keys ready for collection ahead of contractor visits)
- Sending out Correspondence to Tenants & Landlords
- Arranging Property Visits
- Office Ordering
- Logging maintenance and repairs on the electronic systems
- Ringing and assessing quotes
- Liaising with tenants, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Progressing work through to completion / closing down on the system
- Carrying out any ad-hoc Administrative tasks assigned
