We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Compliance Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Worthing. The workweek is 40 hours, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The salary ranges from £25,000 to £27,000, with an OTE of up to £30,000 depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the compliance process, ensuring adherence to legislation and safety standards such as Gas Safety/CO Alarms, EICR, EPC, and HMO regulations.
- Staying current with industry trends and regulations, and recommending process improvements.
- Liaising with clients and contractors.
- Performing other duties as required by management.
