We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Sales Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Rustington. The role offers a basic salary of £30,000 plus uncapped commission.
Role responsibilities include:
- Booking valuations and securing instructions for a strong first impression
- Providing honest, reliable, and professional advice to vendors and applicants
- Creating media materials and releasing properties to the market
- Ordering EPCs and ensuring required compliance
- Emailing Property Alerts via ReapIT and HTML
- Conducting pre- and post-appointment follow-ups, including confirmation calls and feedback
