We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Sales Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Rustington. The role offers a basic salary of £30,000 plus uncapped commission.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Booking valuations and securing instructions for a strong first impression
  • Providing honest, reliable, and professional advice to vendors and applicants
  • Creating media materials and releasing properties to the market
  • Ordering EPCs and ensuring required compliance
  • Emailing Property Alerts via ReapIT and HTML
  • Conducting pre- and post-appointment follow-ups, including confirmation calls and feedback
