I am currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a London market Insurance client of ours on a 12 month initial FTC to assist a C-suite level executive on some high level Business change and Operational change programmes.
I need someone who has led large scale business change programmes before, ideally across a multitude of different programmes at a time. Stakeholder management / engagement is also very key for this position. You'll need to win the hearts and minds of various C-suite and Head of level people to lead large scale change for this business.
Key requirements:- Insurance experience (Preferably Specialty insurance or Broking experience)
- Strong experience leading Business change, Operational change or digital change programmes.
