Business Change and Transformation
We're currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a Specialty insurance client of ours to sit within their Business Change and Transformation team. You'll be focusing on the large scale digital transformation / innovation projects.
You'll be building detailed business requirements, user stories, and process flows to help develop / improve the firms online tools and platforms used by various teams.
Requirements:
- London market insurance experience (Ideally within a brokerage)
- Strong experience working on large scale Business change / Digital transformation programmes.
- Experience working within Agile teams.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Experience effectively collaborating with multiple business unites / Senior stakeholders.
