Supporting a leading (Re)insurance group as they launch a major 2026 change roadmap across AI, data, systems and reinsurance transformation.

Key projects include:

  • DMS upgrades
  • AI-enabled CRM/client intelligence
  • reinsurance workbench
  • MGA Ops improvements
  • analytics initiatives
  • P&C system implementation
  • wider digital change (KYC automation, digital claims, IBA automation)

What we’re looking for:

A strong Project Manager with London Market understanding, reinsurance exposure, experience delivering system upgrades/implementations, and comfortable using AI tools like Copilot. Or a BA with similar experience who is looking to step into Project Management. This is a great step for someone junior–mid level looking for big project breadth and real ownership.
