Overview
Senior Recruitment Consultant @ MJA | London Market/InsurTech – Business Change/Transformation/IT/Data+AI/ & Space Recruitment Specialist. This role requires extensive London Market experience and involvement with Target Operating Model design and rollout. Ideal candidate will have some experience around AI, and be capable of contributing to a programme that delivers a refreshed operating framework and supporting technology solutions.
Responsibilities
• Contribute to the design and rollout of the Target Operating Model (TOM) within the refreshed organisational framework.
• Support initiatives focused on improving business operations, including issues such as late payments, workflow reviews, and the alignment of roles and systems.
• Assist with the introduction of a digital workflow solution and the rollout of Salesforce, data initiatives, and client-facing digital solutions.
• Collaborate on delivering outputs and recommendations from multiple initiatives to enable execution of the operating framework and associated technology solutions.
• Explore how AI and technology can transform ways of working within the organisation.
Qualifications
