We are looking for an experienced Data Product Manager to define and deliver a new data product strategy within a specialty insurance environment. You will own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of enterprise data products, working closely with underwriting, technology, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions that support strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the data product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Build and establish a new data product operating model.
- Partner with underwriting and business teams to identify opportunities for data products that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Prioritise product backlogs and translate business needs into deliverable features.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and technology teams to deliver scalable data products.
- Engage senior stakeholders, measure product success, and drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience as a Data Product Manager delivering enterprise data products.
- Experience within the London Market or specialty insurance.
- Strong experience developing product strategies and roadmaps.
- Insurance industry experience with a good understanding of underwriting.
- Experience working with data platforms, analytics, and Agile delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, data governance, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
