We are looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead high-impact transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the business. This role suits someone who is proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable operating at pace. You will not be waiting for direction; you will be expected to drive outcomes, challenge inefficiencies, and confidently engage senior stakeholders.
The role
- Lead projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery and benefits realisation
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes, reduce waste, and deliver measurable results
- Take ownership of planning, risks, dependencies, and governance
- Chair and present at steering boards, programme forums, and senior stakeholder meetings
- Provide clear, structured reporting on progress, risks, financials, and outcomes
- Work cross-functionally to keep momentum and accountability high
About you
- Proven experience delivering complex projects in a transformation or change environment
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above preferred)
- Highly proactive, self-starting, and outcome-driven
- Strong senior stakeholder management experience, including executive and steering committee engagement
- Confident communicator who can influence, challenge, and build credibility at senior levels
- Organised, resilient, and comfortable managing competing priorities
