We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day management of our hybrid infrastructure estate, covering cloud, on-premise, network, identity, backup, disaster recovery, and security platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for ensuring a secure, resilient, and high-performing infrastructure environment while driving continuous improvement, reducing risk, and managing technical debt.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure operations across Azure, on-prem, networking, identity, backup, DR, and security platforms.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, monitoring, patching, and operational excellence.
- Act as the senior escalation point for infrastructure incidents and problem management.
- Drive disaster recovery readiness, resilience testing, and risk remediation.
- Manage outsourced support providers and third-party vendors, ensuring SLA performance.
- Deliver infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and automation initiatives.
- Lead and develop a small team of infrastructure engineers.
- Maintain strong governance, security, and operational standards.
