I’m currently partnering with a highly regarded insurance organisation looking to appoint a Head of Technology Strategy & Architecture into a critical leadership position reporting directly into the CTO. This is a genuinely high-impact role sitting at the intersection of enterprise technology, architecture, business transformation, and strategic change. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and governing enterprise-wide technology strategy, translating business objectives into scalable operating models, capability roadmaps, and long-term architectural direction.
