A leading real estate consulting firm based in NW1 is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Financial Director to lead and develop our Accounts function.
Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will oversee the full finance operation, managing a team of 15 across financial reporting, controls, budgeting, and compliance. You will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, improving processes, and supporting business growth through robust financial planning and insight.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts team (15 staff)
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Deliver accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance
- Strengthen financial controls and operational efficiencies
- Partner with leadership on strategic decision-making and commercial analysis
- Manage external auditors, tax advisors, and stakeholders
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience leading sizeable finance teams
- Strong commercial acumen within property, real estate, or consulting environments preferred
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent stakeholder management skills
