We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in the London Market insurance sector. To work across application development, DMS implementation and a number of divestments.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of proven BA experience in the Lloyd’s/London Market
- Hands-on exposure across the full delivery lifecycle (inception → delivery → support)
- Deep understanding of London Market processes (underwriting, binder management, claims, finance, pricing, reserving, credit control)
- Strong business analysis toolkit – from requirements management to data/process modelling and cost-benefit analysis
- Knowledge of both Agile & Waterfall methodologies
- Familiarity with London Market systems (e.g. VIPR, HyperExponential, Sequel)
- Confident producing top-quality artefacts: business cases, user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, data flows
Location: London Market (hybrid 3-days pw on-site.)
