Withers is seeking an experienced HRIS Test Lead to support the successful implementation of a new global Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role is critical to ensuring the quality, reliability, and integrity of the HRIS through rigorous testing and collaboration with HR, IT, vendors, and business users.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the end-to-end test strategy and plan for the HRIS implementation
- Define test cases, acceptance criteria, and manage testing phases including unit, system, integration, and UAT
- Lead and coordinate testing activities across HR, IT, and vendor teams
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with global HR stakeholders and support testers and end-users
- Validate system functionality, integrations, and compliance with business‑critical requirements
- Monitor, report, and manage defects, risks, and issues throughout the testing lifecycle
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in HRIS testing (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar)
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including core HR, talent, compensation, and benefits
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
- ISTQB Foundation Level certified (Advanced certification advantageous)
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, matrixed environment

- Confident and enthusiastic with a collaborative, consultative approach
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
