Job Title: Head of Security
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Industry: Insurance – London Market (Candidates without London Market experience will not progress.)
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Security to lead and enhance the organisation’s security posture across all operations. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep expertise in London Market insurance , with a strong preference for candidates from a Broker background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive security strategy aligned with business objectives
- Ensure robust protection of data, systems, and infrastructure across the enterprise
- Oversee regulatory compliance, risk management, and incident response
- Engage with executive and board-level stakeholders to embed a culture of security
- Build and manage a high-performing security and cyber risk team
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading enterprise-level security functions
- Deep understanding of the London Market and its regulatory landscape
- Experience within the Broker side of the insurance sector is highly desirable
