The role
* Chasing Brokers / Clients for funds due on insurance premiums
* Reporting – aged debt, Statement of accounts, adhoc reports (reports for brokers, underwriters and other departments within the wider business).
* Use autorek to cash matching funds received for premiums
* Meeting with Underwriters & brokers & Head of Credit Control to resolve queries (internally & Externally)
* Resolving queries raised by the business and other departments
* Ensuring an effective process is developed and maintained for return and adjustable premiums
* Ensuring the correct and timely payment of funds from the IBA account
* Ensuring that unallocated cash is minimised
* Ensuring that debt is minimised by taking a risk-based approach, identifying, reporting on, and managing doubtful or bad debts at the earliest opportunity
* Ensuring up to date procedures and documentation
* Assisting the Credit Control Manager with Adhoc tasks.
