An expanding insurance services business is hiring a Claims Team Lead to support a growing operation focused on consumer warranty, mobile device, and electronics-related claims. This opportunity would suit either:

The role will involve:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Claims Handlers
- Monitoring team performance across service, quality, and productivity
