Michael Hall School in Forest Row is seeking an Early Childhood Cover Assistant (Casual) to join the warm, Waldorf-inspired setting.
The role supports staff absences across Saplings, Parent and Child groups, and kindergarten aged 4-6, fostering play, exploration and meaningful relationships.
You will work 8am-12.45pm as required, with a focus on safety, care routines, and collaborating with the Group Leader to maintain the calm, nurturing ethos.
