We’re looking for motivated, creative individuals to support our lighting design team. As Assistant / Graduate Lighting Designer you will have an opportunity to work at the forefront of creative lighting design, shaping projects from concept to completion alongside a team known for innovation, collaboration and big ideas. We offer a competitive salary, an annual bonus scheme, flexible working, additional holiday allowance each year of employment.

What Your Role Will Look Like:

  • Assist with CAD layouts and detailed technical drawings
  • Prepare and work with written documentation, reports, and project specifications
  • Assist in creating eye-catching graphic presentations and visualisations
  • Coordinate internally with the creative team in London Studio
  • Support project delivery from concept through to installation
  • Learn and contribute to innovation-driven lighting design projects
  • Work a minimum of two days per week from our London studio

Must-Have Skills:

  • Passion for design and a strong eye for detail
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills / Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Revit, DIALux, or Lighting Reality
  • Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite software (Illustrator)
  • Interest in sustainable or innovative lighting
  • Some exposure to project coordination or client-facing work
