We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join the best estate agency in the area. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for working with the region’s most desirable properties and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct viewings of properties, providing insightful information to potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
- Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including documentation and compliance checks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the office.
Requirements:
