If you’re looking to advance your career with the premier estate agency in the area and work with some of the region’s most desirable properties, we are seeking an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service.
  • Negotiate and progress property sales to completion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the residential property sector with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

As part of our busy residential sales team, you will report directly to the Branch Partner. This is a full-time role, including weekend work on a rota basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Additional pay: Commission pay

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
