Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct viewings of properties, providing insightful information to potential buyers and tenants.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
- Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales and lettings, including documentation and compliance checks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the office.

- Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
