With continued growth across the region, Michael Graham Estate Agents is expanding its team and is seeking an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our Northampton office. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Conduct viewings of properties, providing insightful information to potential buyers and tenants.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
  • Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales and lettings, including documentation and compliance checks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the office.

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability

Additional pay: Commission pay
