As Michael Graham Estate Agents continues to extend its reach across the region, our Woburn Sands office is looking to welcome a Sales and Lettings Negotiator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded, established agency and work with some of the area’s most desirable homes. We’re looking for a motivated and knowledgeable individual who is dedicated to providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct viewings of properties, providing insightful information to potential buyers and tenants.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
- Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales and lettings, including documentation and compliance checks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the office.
